David Radosevich

David Radosevich is an Associate Professor in the Business Administration department at the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Western Maryland College (1994) and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY (1999).

His research focuses on longitudinal goal-striving mechanisms, individual differences in motivational processes, and educational technology impacts on student learning and satisfaction. He has served on the Founding Board of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (IEI) and the Environmental Management & Business Institute (EMBI) committee.

Publications appear in journals including

He provides consulting services in executive assessment, selection, training, and performance management for organizations like Wal-Mart, Schering Plough, and Developmental Dimensions International, working with Fortune 500 companies.
