Dr. David Luthin is a Professor at Samford University's McWhorter School of Pharmacy with 11 years of pharmaceutical industry experience prior to academia. He teaches Integrated Biomedical Sciences, Drug Discovery, and Nurse Anesthesia pharmacology.
Research focuses on natural products' effects on obesity in zebrafish models and interprofessional education. Recent publications address chronic constipation management and PTSD pharmacotherapy.
