David Maldonado

David Maldonado is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) specializing in Business Management, Human Resources Law, Real Estate Law, and Supply Chain Management Law. He has taught courses such as Legal Environment of Business, Employment and Labor Law, and Business Ethics since 2016. A licensed attorney in Texas since 1986, Maldonado also serves as an Associate Municipal Judge (2022-2024) and operates his own law firm, Maldonado Law, PLLC.
