David M. Harrison

David M. Harrison is the Howard Phillips Eminent Scholar Chair and Professor of Real Estate at the University of Central Florida's College of Business, where he directs the Dr. P. Phillips Institute for Research & Education in Real Estate.

Dr. Harrison's research examines market linkages in REITs and mortgage systems, with expertise in financial network analysis. His publications have received 24 best paper awards from academic societies.
