Dr David Lundie is a Professor of Education at the University of Glasgow's School of Social & Environmental Sustainability. Previously, he held roles as Associate Professor of Philosophy of Education at Liverpool Hope University and Faculty Director of Research at Plymouth Marjon University. He serves as Associate Editor of the British Journal of Religious Education.

Lundie has secured grants from Templeton, Culham St Gabriel’s Trust, and the British Academy, totaling over £250,000. Supervision includes doctoral research on topics like far-right extremism in education and digital citizenship.
