David Laurence Ager is a Senior Lecturer in Executive Education and Managing Director of Executive Development at Harvard Business School. Ager holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (Harvard, 2004), an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and degrees from the University of Toronto and Harvard University.
