David Kimball Urion, MD, FAAN is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School and a child neurologist at Boston Children's Hospital. He serves as Co-Chair of the Ethics Advisory Committee and Director of Education in the Department of Neurology, while also holding faculty membership at the Harvard Center for Bioethics.

Dr. Urion's research critically examines the role of neuropsychiatry in Weimar and National Socialist Germany, specifically how it enabled the Child Euthanasia and Aktion T4 Euthanasia programs that established foundational mechanisms for the Holocaust. His contemporary bioethics work focuses on ethical boundaries in parental medical decision-making for children and the complex moral landscape of individualized "bespoke" therapy trials for rare conditions.
