David Hofstetter

David Hofstetter is a Part-time Instructor and Adjunct Faculty member at Clark University's School of Professional Studies, where he teaches Organizational Behavior. He is the Founder of The Hofstetter Group, a Management Coaching, Training, Consulting, and Speaking organization with over 25 years of experience in Learning, Organizational, and Talent Development.

His expertise focuses on enhancing management skills such as leadership, communication, productivity, and team-building across industries including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. Hofstetter is an Authorized Partner for Wiley's Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Team programs.

• B.S. in Business Administration, Northeastern University (1994)
