David Harris is a Professor at the Engineering Department of Harvey Mudd College. He teaches courses such as E11: Autonomous Vehicles, E15: Introduction to Aviation, E80: Experimental Engineering, E158: Intro to CMOS VLSI Design, and E190AT: VLSI Design Project.
- Research Interests: His work focuses on computer engineering, VLSI design, microprocessor architecture, and digital electronics. He has also contributed to aviation education through course development and experimental projects.
- Publications: He co-authored the textbook CMOS VLSI Design and Digital Design & Computer Architecture, along with hiking guides like Afoot and Afield Inland Empire and Trails of the Angeles.
