David Hammons

David Hammons serves as a Visiting Professor of Marketing at Drury University's Breech School of Business Administration, teaching Marketing and Supply Chain Management courses for 11 years with Fall 2025 office hours currently pending.

His academic background includes an MBA in Marketing from Missouri State University and an MA in History focused on US-China trade relations.

Research centers on international trade dynamics, particularly the US-China trade war, informed by his direct experience in global commodity markets through his family's Black Walnut export business. He bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world product development, evidenced by his national award-winning market innovation.
