Dr David Greeno is a Lecturer at the School of Psychology, Cardiff University. He specializes in verbal short-term memory (vSTM) and its applications to cyber security, bridging cognitive psychology with human-centric security solutions. His research challenges classical memory theories by exploring perceptual and motor skill contributions to vSTM phenomena.

His 2022 publications examine vSTM in smart device security and neighbourhood density effects.
