David Galloway is Associate Professor of Russian Area Studies and Chair of the Russian Area Studies program at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he has been a faculty member since 1999. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Slavic Studies from Cornell University and a B.A. in Russian and English from the University of Maryland, College Park.
