David Elwood is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Geological and Environmental Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. His primary affiliation is with the College of Engineering.
Research Focus: His work centers on geotechnical engineering, including in-situ testing methodologies, saturated/unsaturated soil mechanics, and soft ground tunneling applications. These areas address critical infrastructure challenges in civil engineering contexts.
