David Dixon is an Instructor in the Department of Finance & Real Estate at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. With more than three decades of experience in banking, investment, and credit training, he brings extensive practitioner knowledge to his teaching role.
His educational background includes:
- B.S. in Accounting, Millikin University
- MBA in Finance, Northwestern University (Kellogg Graduate School of Management), 1989
David’s professional career began with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a CPA, followed by 30 years in the banking sector. He served on the investment banking team at JP Morgan and held leadership roles in commercial banking at Wells Fargo, Bank One, and The First National Bank of Chicago. While at Bank One, he directed the national commercial-credit training program, overseeing a 15-member faculty and 200–300 analysts and associates.
Currently, he is the president and CEO of Manifest Financial, LLC, applying his expertise in finance and strategic advisory services.
