David C. Chu

Dr. David C. Chu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine, serving as Program Director for the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and Co-Director of the Pulmonary Vascular Disease Program. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care. His clinical focus includes pulmonary vascular disease, pulmonary hypertension, and critical care ultrasound. He co-leads the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team and oversees the Point of Care Ultrasound program. Dr. Chu is actively involved in medical education, directing a personal finance curriculum for trainees and receiving multiple teaching awards.
