David Bousquet is a Lecturer at the University of Burgundy, specializing in postcolonial studies, Anglophone Caribbean culture, and popular music. He holds a doctoral degree in dub poetry, with a focus on oral literature in works by Jean Binta Breeze, Linton Kwesi Johnson, and Benjamin Zephaniah.
