David Bard

David Bard is a Senior Fellow & Lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, teaching since 2015. He concurrently serves as Partner at The Halifax Group (2018–present) and Advisor at The Brydon Group (2022–present).

His education includes an MBA (2011), BSE in Economics (2002), and BAS in Systems Engineering (2002) from the University of Pennsylvania, plus an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge (2004).

Bard specializes in private equity education, designing courses like FNCE 884 (Anatomy of a Deal) and FNCE 8010 (Advanced Topics in PE) that simulate end-to-end investment processes through case studies, financial modeling, and guest lectures from industry professionals.
