David Aviño Belenguer

David Aviño Belenguer serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Valencia, and is affiliated with the GEDPED Study Group on European Private and Digital Law.

His research spans Civil Law, Private Law, European Law, Digital Law, and Environmental Law, with particular emphasis on legal frameworks for industrial pollution liability and the digital transformation of private law systems. His work bridges traditional civil law doctrines with emerging digital and environmental challenges in European contexts.

Dr. Aviño Belenguer completed his doctoral studies at the University of Valencia under the supervision of Dr. Javier Plaza Penadés, focusing on civil liability for industrial pollution damages. He actively contributes to the GEDPED research group's initiatives in European private law harmonization and digital legal innovation.
