David Andrews is a Professor in the Economics Department at the State University of New York at Oswego. His research focuses on the history of economic thought, with particular emphasis on classical economists like Adam Smith, Keynesian theory, and Marxist philosophy. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, an M.A. from the University of Denver, and a B.A. from Swarthmore College.
Professor Andrews has published extensively on topics including commodity fetishism, Keynes' religious influences, and the misinterpretations of classical economic theories. His work often bridges economic theory with philosophical and historical analysis.
