Dave Heitman, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the School of Theology & Leadership at Jessup University, serving as Program Director for the Master of Arts in Leadership (MAL) and Director of the Graduate Studies Office. He previously held roles as Jessup’s Dean of Students and has over 20 years of experience in higher education. His research focuses on leadership stress resilience and innovation within faith-based contexts.
