Dave Edwards

Professor Dave Edwards holds a position at the University of Western Australia (UWA) within the School of Biological Sciences and the Institute of Agriculture. He completed a BSc (Hons) at the University of Nottingham (1989) and a PhD at the University of Cambridge (2000). Previously, he served as Professor at the University of Queensland (2011–2015) and Associate Professor (2007–2011). His research focuses on crop genomics, bioinformatics, and translational genomics in wheat, Brassica, and chickpea, addressing climate change impacts and crop improvement.
