Dasol Sim is an Assistant Professor of International Business at Saint Louis University's Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business. His research examines executive roles, corporate governance mechanisms, and international market strategies.
Research focuses on:
- Executive succession patterns and compensation structures
- Corporate governance and board effectiveness
- Political strategies including corporate lobbying
- International channel selection and subsidiary management
Recent publications investigate deterrence of short selling through lobbying, transaction costs in export channel choices, and CFO turnover impacts.
