Daryl Wright is a Lecturer at the School of Education & Psychology, University of Bolton, specializing in English education and teacher training. With 17 years of secondary teaching experience, he holds a BA (Hons) in Literature (1996), a PGCE with QTS (1997), and a Master's in Creative Writing.

His research interests include pedagogical strategies for GCSE/A-level English, curriculum development for gifted students, and the integration of creative writing into secondary education. He teaches on the PGCE 14+ programme and supports both full-time and part-time students.
