Darrel Sandall, Ph.D., is the Dean of the School of Business at Morningside University, where he joined in 2021. He previously served as a Professor at Purdue University and the Florida Institute of Technology, alongside leadership roles in academia. With extensive industry experience, he has held executive positions, including Chief Skills Officer at SkillsNET Corporation and Chief Operating Officer at XADS, a defense contracting firm.
Research interests span business administration, leadership, project and operations management, and information systems, reflecting his dual expertise in academic leadership and corporate strategy. SkillsNET, under his leadership, developed a patented web-based job analysis system and was ranked #270 on Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing U.S. companies in 2006.
