Marcy Giger is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she teaches Corporate and Business Law and co-teaches courses on the role of in-house counsel. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Duquesne University School of Law. Previously, she held executive legal roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at DynaVox Inc., and Corporate Counsel and Secretary at WESCO International, Inc. (a Fortune 500 company).
