Dario Rodrigues

Dr. Dario Rodrigues is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He specializes in thermal oncology physics, developing hyperthermia technologies to enhance cancer treatments. As Director of the Hyperthermia Therapy Practice School, he oversees clinical hyperthermia applications for pelvic, abdominal, and brain tumors.

His education includes a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from NOVA University Lisbon, followed by research at Duke University and postdoctoral training at Thomas Jefferson University.
