معرفی
Dario Daghero is an Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin, affiliated with the Department of Applied Science and Technology (DISAT). He serves as Deputy Coordinator of the Doctoral School of Physics and Vice-Coordinator of the PhD program in Physics (2018–present). His roles include teaching Advanced Methods for Physics and Physics II courses in Physical and Energy Engineering programs.
- 2025/26: Course Collaborator, Technologies for Nanoscience (Physical Engineering)
- 2024–2019: Course Lecturer, Advanced Methods for Physics (Physical Engineering)
- 2025–2019: Course Instructor, Physics II (Energy Engineering)
Research Interests focus on 2D materials and superconductivity. Key areas include:
- Modulation of transport properties via ionic gating
- Point-contact spectroscopy in unconventional superconductors
- Hydrogen intercalation in layered materials
- Current noise and resistance measurements in granular systems
His scientific contributions span 15+ years, with recent work on room-temperature superconductivity roadmaps and charge transport in 2D materials. Publications emphasize Fe-based and MgB2 superconductors, leveraging Andreev-reflection spectroscopy and electrochemical gating.
Research Teams and Labs include:
- TEST-SQUAD: Transport, Electronic Spectroscopy, and Theory in Superconducting materials
- LaTEST1–3 Laboratories: Specializing in electrical transport, low-temperature field-effect studies, and electrochemical preparation for SPM
