Daria Kim

Dr. Daria Kim is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition since 2021, focusing on Intellectual Property Law, Regulatory Frameworks in Pharmaceutical Sectors, and Law and Economics of Innovation. Her career spans roles at prestigious institutions including the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center.
