Danijel Dzino is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Humanities, Macquarie University, specializing in the archaeology and history of ancient and early medieval Illyricum, the Balkan peninsula, and Adriatic seafaring traditions. His research bridges Roman provincial studies, early medieval transitions, and cultural identity in Dalmatia, Pannonia, and the Adriatic region.
