Danielle Sinclair is a Lecturer at Rider University's Westminster Conservatory, where she teaches voice and participates in faculty recitals. She holds a B.S. in Music and French from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a M.M. in Vocal Performance from the University of Northern Iowa. Her professional performances include roles in Bach’s Magnificat, Carmina Burana, and operas such as La Bohème and Pirates of Penzance. Ms. Sinclair is an active member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) and serves as secretary of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
Her career highlights include a 1995 Grand Prize win at the Opera at Florham Guild Competition, leading to performances on the Apollo Muses Concert Series. Locally, she collaborates with the Princeton Society of Musical Amateurs and maintains ties with professional opera companies in New York and Philadelphia. Sinclair’s teaching has guided students to prestigious institutions like Carnegie Mellon and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Her artistic focus integrates vocal technique, historical performance practices, and cross-disciplinary education in music and theater.
