Daniele Testi

Daniele Testi is a Full Professor at the Department of Energy, Systems, Land and Construction Engineering (University of Pisa). He holds roles such as Director of the Interdepartmental Center for Research on Energy for Sustainable Development (CIRESS) and has served as Vice President/President of multiple Energy Engineering degree programs. Born in 1977, he earned his PhD in Electrical and Thermal Energetics from the University of Pisa (2005) after a Laurea in Aerospace Engineering (2002). His research focuses on electrohydrodynamics, heat transfer enhancement, energy-efficient building systems, and distributed energy systems design. He has authored/co-authored over 100 works, including 50+ journal papers, and leads projects like PRIN 2017 on heat pump flexibility.
