Dr. Daniele Lyman-Torres is Assistant Professor of Practice at St. John Fisher University's Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education and CEO of The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester. With 20+ years in health/human services leadership, she brings practical expertise in organizational management to doctoral education. Lyman-Torres has held executive roles at Arc of Yates, Rochester Transportation Authority, and Trillium Health.
Her academic work focuses on developing leadership competencies for public service organizations. She holds a doctorate in executive leadership from St. John Fisher University and serves on boards including Monroe Community College and Mercy Education System. Lyman-Torres integrates professional experience with theoretical frameworks in teaching leadership and administration.
