Angela Clark-Taylor, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Ed.D. in Executive Leadership and M.S. in Educational Leadership programs at St. John Fisher University’s Ralph C. Wilson Jr. School of Education. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women and Research Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University, where she led grants on violence prevention and STEM equity. She also held roles at the University of Rochester, Bowling Green State University, and the University of Redlands.
Her education includes a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester. Her research focuses on leaders’ social identities, organizational change for public good, and workplace trauma’s impact on well-being. Notable projects include studies on BIPOC STEM enrollment and trauma resilience in higher education.
Clark-Taylor has been honored with the Inaugural Rochford Initiative Faculty Fellowship and the National Women’s Studies Association Mentor Award. Her publications span journals like the Journal for Higher Education Outreach and Engagement and Violence Against Women.
She has overseen executive coaching programs, grant-funded initiatives, and led the creation of centers like the Violence Prevention Center. Her career combines academic leadership with community-focused advocacy, addressing issues in education, health, and gender equity.
