Dr. Daniela Wybrańczyk is a legal advisor, mediator, legislative expert, and lecturer specializing in substantive and procedural civil law. She is affiliated with SWPS University's Faculty of Law in Warsaw, Department of Private Law, and collaborates with the Institute of Law. Additionally, she works at the Sejm Research Office and contributes to CH Beck Publishing House as a case law editor.
Education:
- Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2009–2014)
- Doctoral studies, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia in Katowice (2017–2020)
- Postgraduate studies in economic and commercial law (2018)
Her research focuses on civil law, family law, and European Union legislation, particularly in areas such as children's rights, EU directives on combating corruption, and victim protection. She has contributed to negotiations for Poland's EU Council Presidency in 2025, including draft regulations on child parentage and sexual abuse prevention.

Dr. Wybrańczyk advises interdisciplinary teams, including the Committee for the Protection of Children's Rights, and has co-authored a psychological guide for families affected by parental child abduction. She is also a member of the Advisory Team to the Minister of Justice for European Union Law.
