Daniela MENEGHINI

Daniela MENEGHINI is an Associate Professor in the Department of Asian and North African Studies at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She is actively involved in teaching and research, focusing on Persian language, literature, and the cultural history of Iran in the Islamic era. Her institutional roles include membership in the Ethics Commission and representation of DSAAM on the Council of the Linguistic Area Library (BALI).

Research Interests: Her scholarly work centers on classical Persian lyric poetry, mystical medieval texts (especially Attar and Jami), and the pedagogy of modern Persian language teaching. She also investigates the translation of Oriental languages and the earliest forms of female Persian poetry.
