Daniela Bertová

PhDr. Daniela Bertová, PhD., is an academic lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Management, Economics and Business of Prešov University in Prešov. She teaches courses in management, employee motivation systems, human resource management, and related topics in both on-campus and distance learning formats. Her research focuses on human resource management practices, compensation systems design, intellectual capital development, and organizational agenda frameworks.

She holds a PhD in Management from Prešov University (2011) following a master's degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Personnel Management. Her professional activities include authoring scientific publications indexed in Web of Science, ProQuest, and Scopus, co-authoring university textbooks, and leading multiple research grants. She is currently involved in academic teaching and applied research related to contemporary management challenges.

Her work emphasizes practical applications of management theories in organizational settings, particularly in designing holistic compensation systems and fostering intellectual capital strategies. She contributes to academic conferences and maintains active involvement in educational development initiatives at the faculty level.
