Daniela Eberhardt

Daniela Eberhardt is a Professor and Dean/Managing Director at the Department of Applied Psychology, Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Previously, she served as Director of Human Resources Management at the City of Zurich (2015-2024) and held leadership roles at ZHAW, including Head of the Institute for Applied Psychology (2008-2015) and Deputy Head of the Human Capital Management Center (2001-2008).
