Daniel Roland serves as Professor and Assistant Chair in the Division of Professional Studies at Hilbert College, teaching core business courses including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Organizational Behavior, and Sport Event Management for over 30 years.

- MBA from St. Bonaventure University
His expertise integrates Financial and Managerial Accounting with Business Planning Operations, Organizational Behavior Leadership, and Marketing Analysis Strategy. Focused on practical applications in Higher Education services, his work bridges academic theory with real-world business challenges through extensive industry experience.

Roland actively mentors students as Faculty Team Advisor for Men’s Baseball, Co-Advisor for Rotaract Club, and Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society Chapter President. He serves on Hilbert Committees including Faculty Senate, Mission Integration, and Service Learning, while advising Enactus Organization as a Sam Walton Fellow. His professional engagement extends to Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives.
Prior to academia, he directed Clarence Youth Center (1988-2001) and currently leads Newstead Recreation Department (2008-Present), demonstrating sustained community involvement alongside his academic career.
