Daniel Perdigão

Daniel Perdigão is a lecturer at the ISCTE EE Experience, part of ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. With a multifaceted career spanning over 30 years, he has served in multinational companies in roles such as analyst, consultant, project manager, and general manager, alongside developing personal projects in innovation and training.

• Specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation (Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics)
• Other certifications in Design Thinking (University of Virginia), Gamification (University of Pennsylvania), Comics (California College of the Arts), and Graphic Design (CalARTS - USA)

His research and professional interests focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, and Design Thinking, with practical applications in Visual Facilitation and Graphic Design. He has delivered over 10,000 hours of consulting in innovation and training, blending methodologies like NLP, Mind Mapping, and Gamification to drive organizational change.

Daniel is the founder of UpSideUp, a personal company managing the Open Genius Innovation Network (OGIN) since 2011. He also holds certifications as a Graphic Recorder and Visual Facilitator (IFVP and IAF), Certified Trainer (IEFP), Mind Maps® TLI Accredited Trainer (ThinkBuzan), NLP Master & Trainer (IANLP), and Business Coach (ECA), underscoring his expertise in applied innovation and creativity.
