Carlos J. Costa is an Associate Professor with Habilitation at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG), part of the University of Lisbon. He serves as Associate Chair of the Department of Management and coordinates the doctoral program at ISEG. His research focuses on Machine Learning Applications to Management and Finance, Gamification, Design Science Research, and Information Systems Theory.
