Daniel Koretz

Daniel Koretz is a Research Professor on Education at the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. His expertise lies in educational assessment and testing policy, with a focus on the impacts of high-stakes testing.

His research explores score inflation, educational practices, assessment of students with disabilities, and international variability in student achievement. He also develops methods for validating scores under high-stakes conditions.
