Daniel Kasprowski

Dr. Daniel Kasprowski is an Anniversary Research Fellow at the School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Southampton. His research focuses on low-dimensional topology, coarse geometry, algebraic K-theory, and the topological classification of 4-manifolds. Previously, he held postdoctoral positions at the University of Bonn and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics. He organized the 2024 conference 'The interplay of geometric group theory and K-theory' in Southampton.

Education: PhD in Mathematics (2014) from the University of Münster under Arthur Bartels.
