Daniel Jan Martin is a Lecturer in Landscape Architecture at The University of Western Australia’s UWA Design School. He co-leads the collaborative practice Super Natural, focusing on environmental planning and design. His work bridges ecosystems and water systems, emphasizing conservation and compelling environmental communication.
Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Environmental Design (BEnvDes), Master of Architecture (Distinction) from The University of Western Australia.
Research Interests: Urban ecology, water systems management, conservation planning, GIS/spatial analysis, and the intersection of design with Noongar Country’s ecological heritage. His projects often involve mapping, community engagement, and advocacy for biodiversity preservation.
