Dr. Daniel France is a Research Professor of Anesthesiology, Medicine, Nursing, and Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He serves as Assistant Director of Vanderbilt’s Center for Improving Patient Safety and previously held roles on the Executive Safety Council and Risk Management and Patient Safety Committee. His expertise bridges healthcare systems engineering and patient safety, leveraging methods from human factors and systems engineering to enhance clinical environments.
