Daniel Armstrong is Professor of Pediatrics & Psychology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he directs the Mailman Center for Child Development. With over 37 years of experience, he has held leadership roles including Senior Associate Dean. His PhD in clinical psychology is from West Virginia University.
Dr. Armstrong's research examines neurodevelopmental outcomes in childhood cancer, sickle cell disease, and HIV/AIDS, focusing on intervention trials and translational research. His work involves multi-center collaborations through NIH-funded initiatives.
