Daniel Argüeso Barriga

Dr. Daniel Argüeso Barriga is a Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), specializing in atmospheric physics and climate modeling. He leads research within the Interdisciplinary Lab on Climate Change (LINCC UIB) and contributes to the Meteo-UIB R&D group.

• Research Focus: Climate change impacts on extreme precipitation, convection-permitting models, urban heat island effects, and air-sea feedbacks in tropical and Mediterranean regions.
