Dr. Daniel A. Wagner is a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and holds the UNESCO Chair in Learning and Literacy. He has founded and directed several key institutions including the International Literacy Institute, the National Center on Adult Literacy, and the International Educational Development master’s program.
