Dana Steinhoff is a faculty member at Champlain College’s Stiller School of Business, serving as Program Director for Game Business & Publishing and Game Production Management. She specializes in agile project management, leadership, and empowering underrepresented voices in video game development through her co-founded nonprofit Rad Magpie.

Her research interests include interdisciplinary team collaboration, interactive design, and DEIBJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) in digital media. She has co-authored publications on nonprofit organizational growth and DEIBJ frameworks in gaming.
Steinhoff received the 2023 Academic Innovation Award for her work on Re/Imagining Science DEIBJ initiatives. She also actively engages in local theater and music projects, including Vermont Stage performances and her band Dana and the Dads.
