Dan Sultănescu

Dan Sultănescu is an Associate Professor at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, specializing in Communication Sciences. A Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of South Carolina and founding member of CPD@SNSPA, he brings over two decades of expertise in political campaigns, elections, and public communication projects since 2000.
