He previously led Major League Baseball's Department of Investigations as Senior Vice President of Security and Facilities Management, handling doping, gambling, and misconduct cases while managing security for 30 ballparks, 10 World Series, and 10 All-Star games. His 23-year NYPD career culminated in retirement as Deputy Chief, where he commanded precincts and received top honors for 9/11 response.
Education includes St. John's University and New York Law School.
His expertise spans high-stakes security domains including counter-terrorism, criminal investigations, and large-scale event protection. Mullin pioneered security protocols for international sporting events and trained global law enforcement through the State Department's Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program, with specialized focus on venue safety and emergency response systems.
